The price per person including wines is only Baht 2,955 subject to service charge and government tax.
Cocktail Reception start at 18.30 hrs. with Pol Clement Blanc de Blanc Brut, France
The wine dinner start at 19.00 hrs. features Veloute of Pumpkin Alba White Truffle Foam paired with Chablis Premier Cru, Joseph Drouhin 2014, Marinated Pacific Salmon Carpaccio, Oscietra Caviar and Chive Crème Fraiche served with Chassagne Montrachet, Joseph Drouhin 2011. This is followed by Fricassee D’ Escagots Wild Mushroom, Cream and Parsley paired with Chablis Grand Cru “Vaudesir” Joseph Drouhin 2011. Next course serves Charolles Veal Stew Smoked Bacon and Caramelized Pearl Onions served with Cotes de Nuits Villages, Joseph Drouhin 2010 Last but not least, there is Dry Aged Wagyu Striploin, Pomme Puree, Black Truffle Jus paired with Gevrey Chambertin, Joseph Drouhin 2010.
