CentralWorld, Zen, Central Chidlom and Central Embassy are joining hands to engage the shopping mood in the country. The heart of Bangkok will be changed into a zone full of life during the holidays. The overall market looks promising and visitors to the complexes will have a chance to get the best value for money through big promotions and huge discounts that connect to every shopping mood. They will be dazzled by an unprecedented spectacular display of lights and Christmas tree decorations at the center of world-class celebrations on the longest fashion and lifestyle street in the Ploenchit and Rajaprasong area in the heart of Bangkok. The big event, aimed at returning profits and bringing happiness to customers who have patronized Central Group throughout the year, will be held from 25th November - 31st December 2014. Dr Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), stated: ‘the "Central Celebration in Bangkok" campaign to be held from 25th November - 31st December 2014 is the first collaboration of four leading companies in Central Group as a response to positive signs in regards to consumer purchasing power. As for CPN, it is spending over 250 MB baht decorating CentralWorld and the area in front of the complex to turn it into the country's landmark for the Christmas celebrations and the New Year countdown, which has become a globally well-known signature event. This year we are using the "UNIVERSE OF HAPPINESS" theme, presenting concerts by famous singers. We will be catering to people's needs with a parade of activities such as a gift festival offering gifts from many famous brands from 1st - 22nd December 2014, the Stylistic Voyage Pop Up Festival from 1st - 15th December 2014, which offers a variety of goods from many world-class fashion brands and features cool displays that prompts visitors to take pictures, and the Midnight Sale from 19th - 25th December, which offers discounts of over 70 % in every department on every floor. This year in order to surpass previous events, we will also hold the “A Long Kiss Groove Night by AMEX countdown event at Groove@CentralWorld”, a world-class hangout lifestyle destination, featuring many great activities throughout the night. To end our series of campaigns, we will present the highlight, UNIVERSE OF HAPPINESS, from 14th November 2014 - 12th January 2015, featuring a three-storey-high Snoopy balloon. The campaign will also feature a NASA space exhibition and many prize-giving activities at CentralWorld, and every CentralPlaza and CentralFestival nationwide. CPN believes these events will liven up the year-end holiday season and boost visitor traffic to the complexes by at least 15-20%, and increase shops' sales by over 20-30%. The first event is “Zen Make A Wish”, which is being held from 14th November 2014 - 1st March 2015. Our event will be held from 20th November - 21st December 2014. The official launch is on 20th December 2014. After that, the Everybody's Christmas campaign will kick off. On 25th November 2014 CentralWorld will light its 30-meter tall Christmas tree, the tallest in Southeast Asia, for the first time.
