Subaru all set to impress with exciting activities
TC Subaru (Thailand) Co. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Subaru vehicles in Thailand, today launched the highly anticipated Subaru Outback at the 31st Thailand Motor Expo 2014 at Impact, Muang Thong Thani.
Showcased for the first time in Thailand and around the region, the all-new Subaru Outback is a unique crossover concept that combines passenger-car comfort with the long-distance capabilities and load space of an SUV. While developing the latest generation Outback, Subaru has consistently sought to deliver a crossover with class leading performance, AWD handling capabilities and all round driver and passenger safety.
The all-new Outback features:
Revamped chassis, steering, suspension and brakes
New crossover look with a bold body shape, bigger tires and muscular fenders
Enhanced off-road performance with Symmetrical AWD system and X-MODE
Improved Active and Passive safety systems
The all-new Outback features a new distinct crossover look with a bold, rugged body shape, bigger tires and muscular fenders. Meticulously crafted, the expressive body panels accentuate the sense of quality and class to be expected from any Subaru.

Alongside the all-new Outback, Subaru will also be showcasing the recently launched Subaru XV – STI Performance edition, which comes fitted with an STI kit that enhances the aesthetics of the urban SUV. These improvements help achieve better handling, aerodynamics and weight distribution of the car, enhancing the driving experience. Subaru will also be showcasing their current model line-up - Subaru BRZ, WRX STI, Forester 2.0 XT, Forester 2.0i-L, Subaru XV 2.0i and Subaru XV SPORTS during this Motor Expo.
Subaru will also be displaying two special models to showcase the development of Subaru’s technology - the Forester Cutaway model and Subaru VIZIV Concept. The Forester Cutaway model shows the thought process behind Subaru’s engineering, technology & design that has gone into the popular model for the enjoyment of the driver. Subaru VIZIV Concept is a future-generation crossover concept that represents the new design direction and technologies that will take the Subaru brand into the future.
Subaru customers can get to enjoy special deals when they purchase a Subaru during the Thailand Motor Expo 2014 period. From 29 November till 10 December, promotions may include low interest rate schemes, buyback guarantee programme and complimentary First Class motor insurance for the various Subaru models in the line-up.
Back by popular demand, Russ Swift, world renowned stunt driver, will return to Thailand to perform his signature precision driving stunts. Russ has electrified crowds with his repertoire of trademark gravity-defying car stunts, which include Reverse Spinning, Handbrake Parking, Drifting and Doughnuts. For the first time in Thailand, the new Subaru XV – STI Performance, Subaru WRX and WRX STI will be introduced as the stunt cars. The Subaru Russ Swift Stunt Show will be conducted three times a day (3.00pm, 5.00pm and 7.00pm) from 5 – 7 December for the public.
