Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) arranged an activity for dealers, Skill Contest 2014, to promote the capabilities of dealer staff in the field of sales and aftersales as same standard with an aim of building a maximum customer satisfaction. In this year, Mitsu Auto City Co., Ltd. has acquired most of awards.
Mr. Masahiko Ueki, the President of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Company Limited, reports that the company has recently united with dealer to conduct Mitsubishi Skill Contest 2014 under the purpose of examining performance of dealer’s employee and build the cooperation between sales staff and aftersales staff for the efficient service for our customers. Furthermore, expanding showroom and certified service center to cover the rest of the country is another factor to promote customer satisfaction.
Mitsubishi Motors Skill Contest 2014 is an exam to test the knowledge and ability of dealer’s staff, to be used as guideline of developing sales and aftersales, and to boost up the confidence of customers who visit Mitsubishi’s showroom and service center. Every year, Mitsubishi Motors hold more than 96 training courses a year to develop quality of dealer’s salesperson, and 329 courses have been held for aftersales staff exclusively. In total, 425 courses have been held each year with complete subjects covering Product Information, Sales Skill, and Customer Relations, including maintenance quality of sales and aftersales service as same standard. Those qualifications are aimed to be encouraged via variety of activities to develop staff’s capabilities. This is what Mitsubishi has always given a priority.
Mitsubishi Skill Contest 2014 is classified into many sections as follows: periodical maintenance technician, spare parts staff, sales consultant, technician, and customer relations staff. It is classified into audition and final round. In the audition, it is a written examination about product information and general. The first competition is held in each region at the same time, and there are 1,262 contestants join in total. In the final round, there are only selected 110 contestants certified to join and they have to take both empirical and theoretical exam. The price for the winner is a ticket to Japan with pocket money and many other prizes, in total of 44 awards with 1,550,000 Baht value. This contest is held at Mitsubishi Head Office, recently.
