Blue Elephant is offering a New Year’s Eve menu filled with precious gems and sparkling culinary jewels to wrap up the year on December 31, 2014. The menu crafted by Chef Nooror Somany Steppe will take diners on a journey to discover the secrets hidden in each dish with the freshest produce from The Royal Project which will be offered at both Blue Elephant Bangkok and Blue Elephant Phuket.
The Sparkling Menu features six courses specially designed to bring a cheerful glow to the New Year celebrations.
Guests can enjoy the sensory experience of each dazzling course, starting with a ‘Good Mood’; Foie Gras with Strawberry Confiture and Passion Fruit Sauce followed by a ‘Great Feeling’; Lobster with Wasabi Avocado Salsa. Other dishes that will be sure to ignite the spirits of even the most enthusiastic food connoisseurs include ‘Pure’; Grilled Snowfish with Ginger Sweet Soya Sauce, and ‘Progress’; a Southern Blue Crab Red Curry to name a few.
The culinary treasures do not stop there as the night will end in the ultimate celebration with a dazzling assortment of signature Blue Elephant desserts to mark the New Year in glistening style. This exclusive menu is THB 3,850++ per person.
Diners will get the chance to enter the lucky draw and win the grand prize for two return air tickets Bangkok-Phuket sponsored by Bangkok Airways including a dinner for two at Blue Elephant.
During the night, diners will be able to enjoy live classical music and those celebrating in Phuket will also have the opportunity to float lanterns at midnight whilst making a wish for the New Year, and further enjoy a mesmerizing fireworks display.
