As ever sensitive to seasonal variations, Kisso Japanese restaurant now presents a new a la carte menu of seven delectable dishes specially created in the spirit of spring. Each dish is inspired by the finest and freshest ingredients in-season in Japan, from rare ice fish to sweet Japanese cockles and tender Hamaguri clams to succulent bamboo shoots.
The uncompromising Chef Shinsuke and his passionate team tease all the flavor out of each element, introducing the palate to experiences classic and trusted, and more than a little inventive, too.
