Up & Above restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok presents a Summer Kitchen menu for July that features new pasta dishes including pappardelle with lamb ragout, zucchini and aubergine salsa; open ravioli with duck ragout, green bean, beetroot puree and foie gras; and egg yolk ricotta ravioli with roasted tomatoes, parmesan foam and spinach salad in truffle dressing.
These pasta dishes are available every evening from 1 - 31 July 2015. They are light, balanced, nutritious, full of flavour and presented in the stylish setting of Up & Above restaurant on the 24th floor of The Okura Prestige Bangkok.
Prices begin at Baht 380++ and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
