Chef Antonio Michele Totaro invites you to celebrate a taste of Sicily with a choice of their famous Tuna recipes featuring Blue Fin "Chutoro" Tuna imported from Japan. Join us for "Japanese Tuna, Sicilian Style" from 15 – 29 August 2015 for lunch and dinner.
Seafood is always a main ingredient in Sicilian cuisine, including Tuna, Sea Bass and Cuttlefish mixed with typical Mediterranean flavours. Seven signature dishes are being exquisitely prepared with the finest ingredients available together with the freshest tuna from the sea.
