Renowned and highly awarded professional Charcutier Traiteur (sausage & cold cuts master), Gilles Giroud, visits Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant on the 37th floor at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G with a selection of his succulent creations during 1st – 9th September 2015.
Gilles Giroud is a great Cold Cuts Master from Blacé, France. He has earned both the French Certificate of Professional Ability (CAP) and Professional License (BP) as a Charcutier Traiteur. He has also been awarded the Meilleur Apprenti de France in 1981 as well as the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Charcutier-Traiteur in 1996, in recognition of his vast knowledge, inimitable expertise and creativity.
Having managed and operated his own Giroud Traiteur Shop, this September the Cold Cuts Master will bring some of his most exquisite creations to Scarlett including Truffle Sausage in Brioche, Chicken Roll, Pâté Pie, White Sausage, White Lobster Sausage, White Foie Gras Sausage, Country Pâté Terrine and Liver Mousseux.
Experience savoury and delightful flavours as Scarlett turns into a French charcuterie, with dry sausage, tapas, pate and other dishes on display along with the specialties from Gilles Giroud.
Certain pre-packed items will be offered for takeaway as well.
