The white truffle season is upon us and from October 20th – November 30th at Medici Kitchen & Bar, Hotel Muse Bangkok, diners can experience Chef Nicolino's exquisite a la carte offerings inspired by this luxury ingredient. In season for just two monthsand unearthed in the Italian province of Umbria, white truffles are simply sublime, infusing dishes with their distinctive aroma and complex yet delicate flavours.
At Medici Kitchen & Bar, diners can choose three special creations from Chef Nicolino's white truffle menu. Divine dishes include niçoise beef tartare with Parmesan foam and white truffle, and baked potato with quail eggs, Parmesan and sliced white truffle.
There's also creamy risotto with pumpkin, scallops and white truffle, melt-in-the-mouth grilled Angus beef tenderloin with mushroom, foie gras sauce and white truffle, and roasted tiger prawns wrapped with bacon and rosemary served with corn polenta,glazed vegetables and white truffle.
Dishes start from just THB 600++. Diners can also enjoy the star ingredient shaved over any dish on the Medici Kitchen & Bar menu for THB 360 ++ per gramme.
