Coca-Cola light launches Coca-Cola light Fashion Can’ 2015 limited edition – in collaboration with 4 of Thailand’s leading fashion designers

Bangkok--16 Oct--Bangkok Public Relations Theatre, Sretsis, Vatanika and Vickteerut leading Thai designers create unique prints on 'Coca-Cola light Fashion Can' Fashionistas, designers and models give a warm welcome to Coca-Cola light Fashion Can' 2015 limited edition Coca-Cola light by The Coca-Cola system in Thailand recently teamed up with Vogue magazine to launch 'Coca-Cola light Fashion Can' 2015 limited edition at the 'Vogue X Coca-Cola light Fashion Can' event held at Central Court of Central World. The event was attended by the 4 designers from Theatre, Sretsis, Vatanika and Vickteerut together with a host of fashionistas – fellow designers, fashion models, and celebs. The limited edition of Coca-Cola light Fashion Can is available now until the end of 2015. Ms. Claudia Navarro, Region Marketing Director for Thailand, Laos and Myanmar of Coca-Cola (Thailand) Ltd., said, "Of all the brands within our portfolio, I hold a special place in my heart for Coca-Cola Light as it allows the fashionista in me to come out! I love its sense of style and fashion which, by the way, has been part of its DNA since its early days in the 80s. Throughout the year, Coca-Cola Light has counted among its illustrious list of partners and collaborators, wonderful creative geniuses such as Karl Lagerfeld, Marc Jacobs, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Roberto Cavalli." "This year we are so happy to add four very talented Thai designers to this list: Theatre, Sretsis, Vatanika and Vickteerut. They have surprised us and delighted us with their designs. It was so great to hear how each of them took a different element of the Coke light personality, whether it be its refined style, its effervescence or the uplift and energy it provides to come up with a memorable image to grace our brand. This is the second year of our partnership with Vogue, and we hope to continue it in the future, coming up with chic collections for our Thai consumers." said Ms. Navarro Jom – Sirichai Taharanon of Theatre said, "Coca-Cola light has many facets that fulfills my inner self and I am honoured to have my design on the can. When I think of Coca-Cola light, I think of its refreshing fizz and the foam that spreads out to form overlapping circles. It reminds me of 1960s pop art with sharp lines, that is fun and full of energy. When these lines are arranged on the can, they remind one of a tiger, which is in line with the Theatre's identity. It gets people drinking Coca-Cola light to be ready for life's happiness and challenges." Aoey – Pimdao Sukhasuta from Sretsis said, "I was delighted to work with Coca-Cola light. My design was inspired by the fact that Coca-Cola light is a drink that refreshes with positive energy to share with others. So I chose to design a horse as the Sretsis's symbol which reflects hopes and dreams over a group of celestial stars. The design is summed up by a Pony Galaxy with a rainbow intertwining the can like a path to the universe." Vick – Teerat Wongwatanasin of Vickteerut said, "I didn't hesitate when I was approached to join the project because, personally, no soda brand clicks like Coca-Cola light. I chose geometric lines and shapes just like water's structural symbols in chemistry and physics. I love the way simple lines are made to look complex. It has something to do with how Coca-Cola light is made. Before it gets its good flavour, some magical secret formula must be put together." Pear – Vatanika Patamasingh of Vatanika said, "No words can describe my feeling when I was chosen as one of four designers to work on the design of Coca-Cola light can. I must confess that it is so right and I have it at home all the time. My design concept was inspired by the timeless beauty of France's Versailles Palace which has withstood the test of time just like the Coca-Cola empire. The beauty that comes with hidden strength goes well with the modern woman who is full of confidence and ready to move forward." The 2015 limited edition 'Coca-Cola light Fashion Can' with four designer prints is available for a price Bht 14 now until the end of December 2015 at retail stores nationwide.
