Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Ganguillet has created one of the world's most delightful delicacies, Concorde Cake from his secret recipe, composed of Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse, Light Chocolate Sponge, Praline Crisp and Cocoa Meringue.
This cake was originally created in celebration of the French plane named The Concorde. It is chocolate from the inside to the outside, and includes the satisfying crunch of a chocolate meringue disk and creamy layers of chocolate mousse.
