Mr. Sukhathep Chansrichawla, President and CEO of Mittare Insurance Public Company Limited invited a remarkable guest list ranging from members of the media, celebrities, influential business people and political figures. The event featured a tantalizing selection of Tribeca Restobar's signature dishes, a live jazz trio with a saxophonist, a special DJ performance and the unveiling of a new line of unique cocktails to their menu. The relaunch highlights the restaurant's new direction to improve and better portray the elegant ambiance for fine dining in the restaurant. Furthermore, it showcases the delicious additions to its menu to serve the highest quality food that will stand out amongst other restaurants in the area. Suradit Chansrichawla, better known as Dit, is the head chef and co-owner of Tribeca Restobar and the son of Mr. Sukhathep Chansrichawla, President and CEO of Mittare Insurance Public Company Limited. Chansrichawla brings with him years of culinary experiences from studying at the world famous "Le Cordon Bleu" cooking school in London and graduating with a diploma in Culinary Management to fulfill his lifelong dream of opening his own restaurant. Chansrichawla attended international school where his passion for culture and food was cultivated. His idea was to open a restaurant that offers modern American food that reflects the changes in traditional American cuisine in addition to creating dishes that encourage social sharing. "Culture and food were among the important things that interested me most," said Chansrichawla. "Cooking is not a simple doing. One must think about the importance of ingredients, nutrients, and the look of the complete dish." Along with the delectable new range of modern food choices, the menu features a revamped cocktail list cultivated by the bar manager, Nicholas Benoit. The signature cocktails combine unique, high quality liquors and spirits with fresh herbs and flavors creating an exquisite taste with divine appeal. "The inspiration for Tribeca Restobar's new signature cocktail list comes from high-end but traditional American flavors. Each cocktail was developed with an experience in mind. " said Benoit. "One of our most popular signature cocktails, Aztec State of Mind, combines rum, passion fruit and ginger along with some other flavors and is served in a tall Tiki glass topped with a flame of liquor. Customers always gasp when they see the cocktail on fire because it's a fun and interesting experience that most people don't have often."
