Bangkok--1 Feb--Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan Join Chef Jeremy at our renowned all-dining dining venue, Voila! and discover the delights of his enticing new "Les Cocottes" menu. Inspired by the culinary team at our sister property, Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe, Chef Jeremy uses artisanal produce and a traditional French method of slow cooking in a cast iron pot to create flavoursome dishes. From kitchen to table, it's perfect for sharing with friends and family. The irresistible à la carte menu includes the classic French bistro dishes, all served in individual cast iron pots. Recommended dishes include French beef Parmentier with comte cheese, succulent sirloin steak with sarladaise ratte and green pepper sauce, melt-in-the-mouth confit duck leg with potatoes, and risotto of wild mushroom with green tomatoes. There's also fillet of sea bass with fennel and tomato salsa, and slow cooked lamb shank tagine style. The à la carte menu also features soups, salads and desserts such as tarte tatin, and floating islands. Dishes start from just THB 290++.
