The "Nation Bike Thailand 2016" features mass cycling events in 22 locations around Thailand for the third consecutive year since 2014. For the past two years, the activity has gained popularity and good responses from individual cyclists and both government and private organizations nationwide. The objectives of the events are to push forward sharing of the roads by allocating bicycle lanes in all provinces across the country, as well as cultivating a good driving mindset among drivers and riders in order to minimize road accidents. Apart from this, the activity also aims to promote cycling as a way to conserve the environment, as well as for the Thai people to spend their quality leisure time riding in the nature with happiness. This year, Mitsubishi Motors also participates in the kick-off cycling activity of "Nation Bike Thailand 2016" at Thammasat University's Rangsit Campus on February 27th, 2016. Part of the proceeds from this event goes to support charitable activities organized by the university to celebrate the "100th Anniversary of Dr. Puay Ungphakorn".
