Lazada held a special conference for their growing number of merchants to help them maximize sales during nationwide campaigns. During the seller conference sellers were able to tap into the expertise of leading companies related to e-commerce as they aim to understand how their online store is marketed and how to increase engagement and build relationships with their customers.
Experts from the Lazada team were able to share insights into the success of previous campaigns and as well as give merchants practical advice on how to manage their operations during peak trading times. Additionally, representatives from Facebook, Google and Kerry Express gave expert advice on how the digital revolution is changing consumer behavior in Thailand and how merchants can optimize their operations.

The event was arranged ahead of Lazada's 4th anniversary campaign, a 4-day sales event that will be launched on15th March.
