Grand Prix International Public Company Limited announces, "The 37th Bangkok International Motor Show" will be organized under the theme concept of "NO BOUNDARIES MOBILITY". Leading car and motorcycle companies, as well as auto accessories companies are conjointly participating the show with their latest products on display and available for sale. The show this year is set up covering the exhibition space of more than 140,000 square meters in total, which said to be the biggest exhibition space in Asia. It is believed that the show will help stimulate the Thai automotive industry at not lesser than 40 billion Baht. The 37th Bangkok International Motor Show will be held at Challenger Hall, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani during March 23 – April 3, 2016.

Mr. Jaturont Komolmis, the Executive Committee / Chief Operation Officer (COO) of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited and the Vice President of the show revealed that "Thailand's automotive industry is now approaching the significant boundary line. The economic condition at the end of last year has clearly depicted the overall picture of the economy, when there is a reduction of target sales of the domestic motor vehicles. Together with the implementation of the new car tax policy which comes into effect from the beginning of 2016, all these have given a significant impact and led to the higher car prices accordingly. Such situation occurred amid the sluggish world economic condition, thus causing Thailand's automotive industry to slow down too.

At the "37th Bangkok International Motor Show", there are more than 30 car companies and 10 motorcycle companies, including various exhibitors, namely, leading car audio makers, dress up parts and other accessories of more than 175 booths, who are lively trooping to fill up over the 140,000 square meters of the exhibition space to showcase and make available on their products both inside and outside the Challenger Hall 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
The highlight of the event will be modernized in the new way of presenting the automotive innovation such as electric cars, plug-in hybrid vehicles, etc. as well as unveiling the concept car and debuting new right hand driving models from European makers for the very first time at the "37th Bangkok International Motor Show".

Highlight Models of 2016
The 37th Bangkok International Motor Show, car and motorcycle companies will have a variety of new model introduction such as Mercedes-Benz will reveal its plug-in hybrid vehicle, BMW will come with the new X1 sDrive 18d, 330e and M2 Coupe, while Ford will launch its special editions, namely the Fiesta Black Limited and the EcoSport Black Edition.
Mazda will introduce the new CX5. The Korean maker "Ssangyong" will have the debut for its new TIVOLI. Meanwhile, Honda will unveil the new premium model the Accord and the 10th generation Civic, while the German supercar Porsche will have the "911 Carrera" elegantly on its display.
The motorcycle zone is also vivid with the latest development of the concept bike from Yamaha, the 03GEN-x, while the motorcycle fan will have to prepare for the extraordinary experience with the new CVO Pro Street Breakout from the legendary brand of Harley-Davidson.
