From the 16th of March until the end of the month, chefs at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant spring into action with a special menu of seasonal lamb dishes.
A highlight of the culinary event at the chic rooftop venue will be three evenings with Australian lamb specialist, Peter Atsaros. From 16th – 18th March, Peter will provide diners with insight and information about Australian lamb.
The enticing menu will feature a wide variety of classic and creative dishes showcasing seasonal spring lamb. Diners can enjoy starters of homemade lamb ravioli with consomme, a crisp filo pastilla filled with flavourful braised shoulder of lamb, and lamb tartar with harissa bread and Mediterranean seasoning.
There will also be outstanding main course dishes of succulent grilled lamb chops with crispy polenta and a rosemary jus, melt-in-the-mouth braised lamb shank with white bean risotto and pancetta, and roasted lamb saddle stuffed with ricotta and spinach served with sauteed potatoes. Other notable dishes will include grilled lamb T-bone with potato wedges and mushroom duxelles, homemade spiced lamb merguez sausage in tomato sauce with semolina and more. Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant also offers an excellent selection of wines perfect for pairing with the special menu.
