Chef Bic Thitisorn and his culinary team are introducing a new theme for our famous Colonnade Lunch Buffet during 7 March and 29 April 2016. In addition to our regular wide selection of international fare for weekday buffet lunches, various "Thai Touch" dishes will also be available to provide even more culinary options than just a normal buffet lunch. All diners can enjoy the opportunity to sample items from an authentic Thai menu, carefully prepared in rotation, daily from Monday to Friday.
For over two hours each day, you can choose from an array of tempting food on stations that include Cold Seafood, Cheeses and Cold Cuts, Appetizers, Sushi and Sashimi, Soup, Western Specialties, Carving, Fresh Pasta, Asian Dishes Corners and The Sukhothai Signature Corner. Also remember not to leave the room before helping yourself to our much loved Sukhothai Desserts.
Rotational highlights of the Thai Touch dishes include - Tom Som Talay, Grilled Pork Neck with Tamarind Spicy Chili Sauce, Pla Neung Manow, Mussamun Beef, Gaeng Pedyang Salah, Live Station of Khao Kreab Pak Moh, Kanom Krok, Guay Tiew Sukhothai - plus made to order Tom Yam Goong Maenaam and Phad Thai Goong Maenaam.
Be sure to leave some space for homemade Thai dessert, for example - Makood Loy Kaew, Bua Loy Kai Nokkata Maproaw Orn, Mango and Sticky Rice and Nam Khang Sai…sweetness to die for!
Thai Touch Buffet Lunch is available at Colonnade from 12.00 – 14.30 hrs. Monday to Friday, priced at THB 1,150++ per person.
