Bangkok--7 Apr--The Westin Grande Sukhumvit
With their customary passion and precision, Kisso Japanese Restaurant's talented chefs have specially created an irresistible new Japanese kaiseki "tasting" menu featuring Japan's finest, most delectably marbled Nagasaki Wagyu Beef.
Kaiseki is the traditional multi-course Japanese dinner served on individual trays to each diner but the name also refers to the collection of skills and techniques required to prepare such meals in a similar way to the Western term "haute cuisine".
Original and inspired, Kisso's new menu holds to the authentic kaiseki tradition of fusing taste, appearance and smell so that the food appeals to the three senses by which all food is ultimately judged.
Altogether six artfully composed dishes offer finest and freshest imported meat and vegetal delicacies, with soup, sides and a subtle dessert, all appetizingly arrayed on meticulously picked, beautiful vessels. All are priced at THB 3500++ per set only from now till end of April 2016.
Offering dining as beguiling as it is satisfying, the menu includes:
Appetizer - kanisu kaiso salad
Soup - hotate shinjo soup
Sashimi - otoro,Hamachi, amaebi, hirame
Main dish - beef wagyu Nagasaki sumibi or ishi yaki or shabu konabe
Syokuji - garlic rice, pickles, akadashi soup
