For this week we have Scallop & Crab Gyoza; Scallop has delectable taste, contains a variety of nutrients that can provide protection against colon cancer. Scallop is actually an excellent source of a very important nutrient for cardiovascular health, vitamin B12 as well as crab, a mild-tasting crustacean that is low in fat.
The week of 22-24 April, there is Crab & Corn Gyoza: Crab is a great source of two beneficial long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which have anti-inflammatory properties. Together with corn, a good source of the mineral manganese and fiber.
