This is a rare opportunity for all Thai cuisine epicureans to take the opportunity to sample original timeworn recipes. Throughout the month of May, Chef Rossarin and her team at Celadon shall introduce six special dishes with inspiration taken from historical Siam ancient cuisine.
These six remarkable dishes, prepared and tastefully decorated with authentic, rare ingredients that are hard to find being served in Thai restaurants these days, are being carefully cooked and freshly served to all connoisseurs of fine Thai cuisine - only at Celadon.

Khao Mao Bueang: Tossed Young Green Rice with White Prawn, Shredded Coconut, topped with Kaffir lime Leaves, Ground Chili and Sugar
Plaa Kapi: Fragrant Chili Dipping Sauce with Grilled Shrimp Paste, Flavoured with Somsa, Lime, Shallots and Lemongrass, served with Fried Sun-dried King Fish
Platoo Tom Kem: Stew of Thai Mackerel Fish with Sugar Cane, Palm Sugar and Fish Sauce Flavoured with Tamarind Juice, slices of Siamese Ginger and Somsa
Panaeng Nuea Hor Baitong Yaang: Grilled Dried Curry of Australian Beef in Banana Leaves
Khao Phad Phol Salacca: Fried Rice with Minced Pork, Shrimps, Shallots, Fresh Chilies, Coriander leaves and Salacca Fruits
Kanom Lynchee: Sago Stuffed with Sweet Golden Bean Paste, Rosella Essence
Celadon opens daily: Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs. and Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 hrs.
Classical Thai Dancing is performed daily at 20:00 hrs. and 21:00 hrs.
