-Biang Biang Noodle ?
"Biang Biang" is the onomatopoeic name the noodles are given, referring to the sound the chef makes when he pulls the dough into noodles and bangs them against the table. "Biang Biang" noodles is thick, fat and long each like belt like strand noodle is a must-try, as it is considered as one of the 10 strange wonders in Shaanxi province. It is served dry with toppings of chili with fatty pork belly or lean meat.
-Rice Noodles ("Liang Pi") with chili oil and vinegar ??????
Cold noodles are generally made from the wheat or rice flour through steaming. Cold noodles are served after they are mixed with gluten, bean sprouts, sliced cucumber, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic sauce. It is usually served as cold snack. Sometimes, they can be served as a hot snack after they are stir-fried with sliced meat, sausage and greens
-Chinese Hamburger "Rou Jia Mo" ???
"Rou Jia Mo" is the version of a Western Hamburger served together with Pita-like bread with specially marinated fatty pork (fresh ginger, shallot, cinnamons, aniseeds) that is slow cooked for 3-4 hours the succulent pork is then chopped to mincemeat and served in between the bread.
