Bangkok--29 Jun--AETAS lumpini July to September is a time for fish dish lovers at The Hourglass, in AETAS lumpini, with a special menu of freshly prepared fish items and a recommended cocktail or mocktail to form the perfect accompaniment. There are four dishes available. Marinated and pan-fried tuna fillet served with roasted rice and Thai herbs is priced at Baht 380. Deep-fried salmon served with tamarind sauce and fried shallots is Baht 290, while steamed snapper fillet with spring onions and soy sauce is Baht 280. Priced at Baht 250, the deep-fried fish karaage is a Japanese recipe in which trout fillets are crispy fried and served with Japanese sauce and slices of lime. The Hourglass recommends a "Perfect Cool" cocktail to accompany any of these dishes. A thirst quenching blend of tequila, Blue Curacao, triple sec, lime juice and orange juice, it is priced at Baht 230. Guests who prefer a mocktail are recommended the "Grapefruit Punch", made with grapefruit juice, lime, and orange juice. The Hourglass is located on the lower ground floor level of AETAS lumpini and is open from 06.00 to 22.30 hrs. Lunchtime features an international buffet.
