Bowers & Wilkins a British World-Class audio brand, appointed M+C as its Exclusive Distributor in Thailand, kicking off with the introduction of hi-end Speaker & Headphone with premium mass penetration via IT and Mobile phone chain stores to be top 3 in Asia of B&W's distributors.
Mr. Smak Smakkamai, Chief Executive Office, Music plus Cinema Co., Ltd. (M+C), a subsidiary company of Zonic Vision Group disclosed: "M+C was officially appointed by Bowers & Wilkins (B&W), a British Super Hi-End audio brand as its Exclusive Distributor in Thailand. Bowers & Wilkins has realized a big potential of audio market in Thailand then selected M+C as their partner in Thailand."

Within the first year of being Bowers & Wilkins exclusive distributor, M+C aims to increase the sales of Bowers & Wilkins, twice the number of last year in order to become top 3 within 3 years of B&W's distributors in Asia.
"In terms of initial market strategy, we will focus on building the brand image, both online and offline, together with the introduction of various Hi-End wire and wireless Headphone and Speakers models. We will also employ a Universal Standard Price Policy, World Class After Sales Service Team, particularly, the "Diamond Care Warranty" which extends warranty period to 5 years for passive speakers, and 1 year for active speaker, wireless speakers and headphone."
Product highlight during the initial period are 800 D3 Speakers and P9 Signature Headphone which will be launched to celebrate Bowers & Wilkins 50th Anniversary.
Mr. Smak also added: "At the first stage, we will focus on expanding distribution channels through business partnership with Audio and IT Mobile chain stores in order to provide easy access for the premium mass consumers to experience Bowers & Wilkins products. We have recently signed business agreements with the dealers in several key provinces such as Chaingmai, Khonkaen, Chantaburi, Phuket, Hadyai and Surajthani. We plan to sign more agreements in 10 more provinces very soon for a wider customer service coverage. At the beginning of 2017, we will penetrate into mass market with the launch of various headphone models via modern trade channels.
The audio market in Thailand is estimated at 6.5 billion baht. High-end audio segment accounts for 12% of total market since consumers prefer super high sound quality that comes with modern and aesthetic design.
