Discover his passion for artisanal modern cuisine and signature seasonal creations. Savour a 4 Course menu of contemporary fusion Spanish innovations, featuring highlights of 'Thai local burrata cherry oli-tomato, pistachio sauce and false caviar', a 'Seafood ceviche with "Tiger milk", avocado and corn' and 'Iberico pork cheek stewed with leek cream and artichoke chips'.
It ends with mango and ginger foam with coconut ice powder. The wine dinner is priced at THB. 1,999++ per person.
