Bangkok--4 Jan--The Sukhothai Bangkok Chef Rossarin and her talented team from The Sukhothai Bangkok's famed Thai restaurant Celadon are proud to introduce six special dishes inspired by King Rama II's Poem episode "Kap Hea Ruea Chom Kreaung Kao Warn". These creations are rare and authentic dishes that are difficult to find in Thai restaurants these days. Providing an exclusive opportunity for all Thai cuisine lovers to experience the true flavours of exceptional recipes, the food is prepared and cooked in original Thai style, complete with its own unique range of tastes and of course, artistically stylish presentation. Celadon Authentic Dishes include: LAA TEANG: Grilled prawns, lemongrass, shallots, chili, lime juice and mint leaves, wrapped in egg net MOO NAAM: Pork tenderloin and white prawns, served with shallots, Siamese ginger, bird's eyes chilies, pickled garlic and lime juice, wrapped in coral leaves "Bai Thong Lang" GAENG OM MARA PLA HIMA: Homemade red curry, bitter gourd, snow fish and coconut milk PHAK WARN PHAD: Wok-fried sauropus leaves, garlic-chili and oyster sauce KHAO HUNG PRUNG LOOK KAWAN: Steamed rice with chicken, chilies and herbs garnished with crisp garlic and shallots KANOM RANG RAI: A combination of rice flour, sticky rice flour, tapioca flour in coconut milk shredded coconut, topped with fine sugar and roasted white sesame seeds Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy them all at Celadon in January and February 2017, for both lunch and dinner.
