Tevin Vongvanich, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited state that PTT promptly set up a investigation committee as Rolls Royce bribery unvailed. Rolls Roys, one of the world's leading producers of aero engines for large civil aircraft and corporate jets from England, had revealed the agreement related to bribery and corruption involving a number of overseas government officials, including Thailand; from 2000 - 2013.
The committee is set up to find the truth behind the bribery allegation and will report the outcome to PTT board of directors within 30 to 90 days onwards.
