The sharing of food with friends and family is an important part of Asian culture. Amaya Food Gallery celebrates Asian cuisine with multiple show kitchens, a wine cellar and a bar.
The menu at Amaya takes its inspiration from the street food of Asia, complemented by a separate Italian section. With show kitchens dedicated to specialities from Thailand, Southeast Asia, India and Italy, Amaya Food Gallery invites diners to share and savour the diverse flavours in a fun street market setting.
For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert pavilion offers the largest selection of shaved ice treats in town. These Ice Kacangs come in 40 varieties including pandan vermicelli, mock pomegranate seed, gingko nut, and lotus roots as highlights, along with toppings of multiple flavours, a rotating selection of traditional Thai treats, seasonal fruits, and an international selection of cakes. The food and sweets are complemented by a collection of inspired cocktails at Amaya Bar.
Designed as a contemporary and flexible space with the capacity of up to 480 persons, Amaya Food Gallery also offers a wine cellar and a private dining room perfect for informal celebrations or business dinners. Several of the show kitchens and dining zones can also be booked for private events where the private dining area can seat up to 20 persons.
Amaya Food Gallery is open daily from 06:00 to 22:30 hours with the all-day dining menu available. Breakfast buffet is served 06.00 to 10.30 and a lunch buffet from 12:00 to 14:30 hrs. There is also Sunday Brunch with free flow Champagne and a seafood night on Fridays. The Amaya Bar opens daily at noon

Chef Ekarat has 18 years of extensive culinary experience with his expertise being European, French and Italian cuisines. Throughout his career, Chef Ekarat has been part of various well-known establishments, including Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit, Amari Orchid Pattaya and Dusit Thani Pattaya, before joining Amari Watergate Bangkok.
With his ability to prepare exceptional dishes, Chef Ekarat has led Mantra Restaurant to achieve prestigious awards, such as the Travelers' Choice Award 2013 and 2014. He has also received the Silver Award in a food competition held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. This talented chef has also participated in a number of honourable activities, such as preparing Italian food for Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak.
