From 7 June – 23 July 2017, our Japanese restaurant KiSara will treat guests to a special dish from the mountainous Kyushu region of Japan.
Fresh from the farms of renowned brand Yamada Suisan, Japanese eel – or 'Unagi' as it is called – is carefully reared to create a unique taste. Unagi is a popular dish throughout Japan due to its health benefits as well as its delicious flavour.
The Yamada Suisan eel is raised in natural water from the Krishima Alpine region. There are no chemicals involved in the process, which makes the product 100% organic. Unagi is packed with nutrients and contains three times more vitamin E than regular eel. What's more, it has health properties that help improve the nervous system and are beneficial to the heart.

Premium sliced grilled eel, egg omelette and oba leaves topped stream rice
On the night, the Unagi delicacy will be prepared by our master chefs, and served alongside other exquisite Japanese specialities, such as sushi and sashimi.
