Bangkok--11 Jul--The Okura Prestige Sustainably harvested from the cold waters of the Atlantic off America's northeast coast, Maine lobsters are permeated with a unique sweet flavour and are highly regarded for the tender texture of their flesh. A favourite with chefs and one of the world's best-loved seafood, Maine lobster takes centre stage at Up & Above Restaurant this July as Executive Sous Chef Jachnarong Pattharanatornand his team create a menu of delicious eastern and western-inspired dishes showcasing the king of crustaceans. This begins with appetizers such as the Thai-inspired yam lobster ta kai, a spicy salad with lemongrass, sweet chilli, lime, and mint. Also delicious is poached lobster with spiced pumpkin pu?ee, pistachio dressing and crispy Parma ham. These appetizers are the perfect introduction to main course offerings of stir-fried lobster with black pepper sauce, capsicum, and coriander; and a dish of open ravioli of lobster with asparagus, tomato, potato, and basil served with a piquant crustacean sauce. Lobster aficionados will also love classic grilled butter lobster with seasonal vegetables and roasted baby potatoes.
