Our Braised Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Prawn Meat with Crab Roe Sauce uses only the very freshest prawn, which are carefully arranged inside the braised sea cucumber. The combination is then placed in the steamer and steamed until cooked through. An unusually delicious sauce is meanwhile prepared by the chef with fresh crab, taking only the crab roe to make the sauce.
