In October, Liu restaurant welcomes the arrival of the Tesagan Gin Je Vegetarian Festival. To mark the auspicious occasion, Liu's master chef Jacky Chan has created an enticing vegetarian menu full of fun and flavour. Chef Jacky's spectacular menu features vegetarian interpretations of some of China's best known dishes. Highlights include Vegetarian Prawn with mixed fruit topped and cream salad, Deep fried Vegetarian fish taro with Tamarind Sauce all cleverly recreated without meat or seafood.
