At Yamazato, the hotel's award-winning signature Japanese restaurant, Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara celebrates the festive season with exquisite Japanese Gozen and Kaiseki Dinner throughout December. The festive Gozen lunch includes many dishes such as crab dumpling with a hint of yuzu soup, 4 kinds of sashimi, minced duck ball, daikon and garland chrysanthemum in soup and assorted fruits served with chestnut pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce, while the festive Kaiseki dinner includes sea urchin dumpling with mushroom with a hint of yuzu, 4 kinds of sashimi, assorted tempura with snow crab, pond smelt, sweet potato, maitake mushroom and asparagus and assorted fruit served with chestnut
Festive Gozen lunch is Baht 1,300++ per person and Festive Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,500++ per person, available on 4 -30 December 2017, except 24 – 25 December 2017.
Make your Christmas memorable with an exquisite Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Teppanyaki menus at Yamazato Restaurant. Served for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the special dishes include seared scallops, dried fig, shrimp with walnut vinegar, Kuzu-uchi big prawn, grilled ginko nut sesame tofu, oboro kelp and yuzu, Kobe wine beef stew with miso, daikon and carrot served with garlic bread, a decadent dish of apple and foie gras with white miso hollandaise sauce, and much more, all created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara to make sure your Christmas is truly memorable.
Christmas Gozen lunch is Baht 1,500++ per person, Christmas Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,500++ per person and Christmas Teppanyaki served at the Teppanyaki counter is Baht 7,000++ for 2 persons, available on 24 - 25 December 2017.
Yamazato lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Enjoy sparkling Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations at Up & Above with a fabulous festive Brunch and Dinner Buffet with free flow Prosecco or Champagne, live music, and a visit from Santa Claus with presents for the children. The decadent buffet will include all your seasonal favourites such as roasted Christmas turkey with all the trimmings, roast wagyu sirloin served with thyme jus and Yorkshire pudding, lobster, crab, and oysters on ice, sushi, sashimi, and Japanese specialties, and luscious desserts.

Elements Restaurant offers Christmas dinner of signature French cuisine with Japanese influences on 24-25 December 2017. The feast includes seared foie gras in Christmas spices, roast turkey ballotine with truffle sauce, or suckling pig with parsnip and black truffles, festive petits fours, and more. With an alfresco deck with fabulous city views and an open kitchen, the award-winning restaurant is the perfect venue for festive family dining.
Serving a 6-course menu at Baht 4,600++ per person including a glass of Champagne or signature cocktail. Dinner starts from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA
Throughout December, celebrate the season of joy and meet friends for our special Festive Afternoon Tea at Up & Above Bar. Sets include delicate pastries using traditional ingredients such as chestnuts, berries, and chocolate. There's also a selection of savouries and dainty finger sandwiches, all served with mulled wine or eggnog, and special Noël tea from Mariage Frères flavoured with Christmas spices. For a more decadent afternoon, you can choose to savour the delights with sparkling sake, Prosecco or Champagne.
Festive Afternoon Tea is Baht 1,190++. Festive Afternoon Tea served with sparkling Sake or Prosecco is Baht 1,750++. Festive Afternoon Tea served with Champagne is Baht 2,750++. Served from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m., daily from 1 - 31 December 2017.
