The sophisticated dishes include the combination platter of sashimi & sushi; Hokkaido scallop, vegetables and egg custard sauce in shell; steamed Japanese shrimp dumpling; grill Wagyu beef Teppanyaki; steamed rice with seafood, mushroom and vegetables cooked in clay pot served with Miso soup and homemade green tea cream brulee with red bean paste.
The reception begins at 18.30 hrs, dinner will start at 19.00 hrs.
