Presenting the return of Chef Theo Randall to his very own Theo Mio restaurant. The renowned UK chef will be in town late November to remind diners why Theo Mio has become one of Bangkok's pre-eminent Italian venues.
For this visit, Chef Theo has created a special dinner menu of Italian treats. Highlights include: warm vegetable salad with creamy anchovy dressing; traditional Piedmontese stuffed pasta with pork, parmesan and sage butter; grilled barramundi with cannellini beans, tomato, rocket and salsa verde; and strawberries with crema di mas carpone and almond croccante.
