Oasis, at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, is presenting a Christmas special three-course set menu every day from 20 to 25 December.
First course on the menu is smoked pork roll salad, with crispy pork and pistachio. The main course is lamb cutlet with a cauliflower puree, followed by a dessert of Christmas sponge and macaroon.
