L'Appart welcomes singles and couples to a special 'Black Valentines Rooftop Party' where groups of five and more ladies enjoy a bottle of complimentary bubbly. Reservations are essential but there is no cover charge. DJ Yui will be spinning tunes throughout the evening and the party, with a dress code of black and red, runs from 9.00 pm until late.
