Among the many auspicious traditions and fortunate signs of Chinese New Year, two of the most familiar are mandarin oranges and shoutao buns – both of which will be part of every table setting at Canton. As the Chinese word for "orange" sounds similar to "gold", the fruit is said to represent prosperity; shoutao buns, meanwhile, often are made to resemble peaches and symbolize longevity.
Chinese New Year set menus and complimentary holiday treats are available on February 16 - 22, 2018. Operation time are 11:00 – 14:00 hrs. and 17:00 – 22:00 hrs.
