The Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit hotel is a showcase to five outstanding wines from the Mouton Cadet estate in Bordeaux at a Cocktail Dinner Party on Thursday 15 March.
The event takes place at the hotel's fashionable L'Appart rooftop restaurant and bar where Head Chef Nicolas Basset will present a menu includes fresh seafood on ice, pass-around dishes such as braised beef cheek and tender Iberico lamb, cold cuts, cheeses and tempting home-made desserts.
Presenting the white, red and rose wines is Mouton Cadet's regional Brand Ambassador Florent Bouvier.

"Florent is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and appreciation of these fine wines with local and international guests. The Mouton Cadet wines, shipped exclusively from Bordeaux for our event, are particularly well suited to Chef Nicolas' creative menu. The wines selected for this special dinner party include the Mouton Cadet Reserve Bordeaux Rouge 2015 that is fuller-bodied, elegant and fresh with its perfect combination of grape varieties:. The Merlot gives the wine red fruit flavours while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds important structure, power and black fruit notes. Finally, the Cabernet Franc provides the all-important refinement and elegance."
This special evening, combining the very best of food and wines from France, is priced at THB 1,950 ++ per person.
