The 7 Days of Sharing promotions at UNO MAS start from just THB 750++ for our Iberico Pork Tartare (Wednesdays) and Charcoaled Presa Pork (Sundays); other specials include the sensational 36-month cured Jamon Joselito (THB 1,800++ for 100g every Monday) and the indulgent Pyrenees Paella with Iberico pork, wild mushrooms and winter black truffle (THB 1,555++ on Tuesdays).

- Tuesday – Pyrenees Paella (THB 1,555++), Iberico pork, Catalan sausage Botifarra, seasonal wild mushrooms, Winter black truffle
- Wednesday – Iberico Pork Tartare (THB 750++), Be surprised with one of the best pork in the world in a raw preparation
- Thursday – Secreto Iberico (THB 750++), 'A la plancha' Nam jim jaew
- Friday – Costillar Iberico (THB 999++), Iberico pork ribs slow cooked and grilled at our Josper oven with Glenmorangie tomato glaze
- Saturday – Iberico Carpaccio (THB 850++), Marinated and thinly sliced Iberico Presa pork, Oscietra caviar and black garlic
- Sunday – Charcoaled Presa Pork (THB 750++), Black ink paella crust, orange and carrot puree, baby carrot
