This wonderful tradition dates to the Napoleonic Era devoted to promoting the act of "Sabrage" and the enjoyment of exquisite Champagne. The technique became popular in France when the army of Napoleon visited many of the aristocratic domains. Napoleon's spectacular victories across all Europe gave them plenty of reason to celebrate. During these parties the young soldiers of the French cavalry would open the champagne with their sabers.
The evening will commence with the opening of Champagne by Sabre, followed by an exquisite 6 course menu with wine pairing.

* If you wish to become Sabreur, there will be an additional charge of Baht 2,500.-net cover the cost of the Champagne bottle and certificate.
* If you wish to be promoted to Chevalier-Sabreur an additional charge of Baht 7,900.-net will apply to cover the cost of the Champagne bottle, reliquary and administration fee to Paris, France and include first annual fee
