Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) PCL. announced that Tokio Marine Head Office and its Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Hironori Kiryu as the new President of company. Mr.Kiryu will succeed Mr. Shinkichi Mike Miki from April 1st 2018.
The Board of Directors is very pleased to appoint Mr. Hironori Kiryu as New President of Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) PCL. The board is agreed that his knowledge from the global insurance industry, combined with his extensive experience from several international markets will be great benefits for the company and customers in Thailand.
Mr.Kiryu comes from the position as Associate Director & General Manager of Automobile Industry Marketing Department at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co.,Ltd. He has more than 30 years of experience from insurance industry. He also used to work in global insurance industry at Tokio Marine Seguradora S.A. in Sao Paulo, Brazil, One of Tokio Marine's key businesses in South America. He has majored in Commerce and awarded the bachelor's degree of Commerce from Meiji University, Japan.
Mr.Kiryu will succeed Mr. Shinkichi Mike Miki who has been appointed as new Managing Director of Tokio Marine Asia in Singapore which leads Tokio Marine group companies in this region such as Thailand, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and etc.
The Head Office and Board of Directors would like to thank Mr.Miki for his contributions and efforts which he has been strongly followed 'To Be a Good Company' vision and also led Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) PCL. had won 'Prime Minister Insurance Awards' two years in row.
