Cape & Kantary Hotels is proud to welcome Chef Mikael Wenger as its newly-appointed Corporate Executive Chef Consultant, lending his creative vision and artistic flair to European and western cuisine offered at all Cape & Kantary Hotels' country wide restaurants.
His 15 years' experience as a progressive, passionate and creative Chef and director of kitchen operations have taken him from his native France to 5-star hotels and fine dining establishments in France, Canada, China and South East Asia. With his clear and proven record of emphasis on customer service and food quality he asserts that the aim of a Chef should be to exceed expectations. He is a Maitre Rotisseur of La Chaine des Rotisseurs, a prestigious organisation dedicated to promoting values of food quality, fine dining, and encouraging the art of the Chef and the pleasures of the table, and a member of Les Toques Blanches International Club. Before joining us he worked as Head Chef Cuisine Instructor at the Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Dusit, Bangkok.
