Now that pineapples are in season, our sophisticated Diplomat Bar has found a delicious and satisfying way to serve them, with a dish of tasty pork sliders made with pulled pork and a marvelous pineapple and ginger barbecue sauce.
The tender and juicy pulled pork burger is saucy and sweet! We spread the pulled pork over the bottom half of the bun and add some pineapple and ginger barbecue sauce, and top it with the other half of the pun.
This creates the perfect comfort food with a homey tang, and it's served with the excellent French fries we know exactly how to make.
