The French tasting experience offers five live food and wine pairing stations, unfolding across the hotel's designer sky high spaces. Rise to Zoom Sky Lounge on the 38th floor, where a swanky urban den offers a city-view bar to socialise and booths for cosy dining. Just steps away, Zoom Sky Bar & Restaurant reveals panoramic rooftop views from the central light bar, plush dining areas and hidden lower sofas. Lending an ambient soundtrack to the mix and mingle French soiree, DJ Jerome spins chic beats while guests sip and savour in limitless free flow style.
Chef Gibb's creations epitomise elegant French cuisine. Each epicurean dish is expertly paired with Ropiteau Freres wines from Burgundy, where respect for an ideal vine growing climate and fertile soil produces complex wines that are renowned the world over. Imparting the time-honoured traditions of this famous wine producing region, Ropiteau Freres wines are hand-crafted and oak aged in the maison's signature style to produce well-structured red wines and refined white wines – both with harmonious distinctions.
Sip La Chablisienne Petit Chablis to enhance the delicate taste of Escargots de Beignet. Building in flavourful intensity, the Ropiteau Les Plants Nobles Pinot Noir enriches the Rillettes de canard et condiments, the Ropiteau Bourgogne Pinot Noir AOP is a connoisseur match for the Cote de boeuf sauce vin rouge, and Antonin Rodet Coteaux Bourguignons Gamay complements the meaty flavours of Lamb alla Navarin.
