From this May, every Friday and Saturday evening, the soft, delicate, succulent taste and flaky texture of freshly-harvested crab is hitting CiTi BiSTRo's epic Buffet Dinner, prepared in as many ways as you could possibly imagine.
On arrival at our cosmopolitan restaurant, guests will be presented with a welcome platter of Chili Crab, Crab Soft-Shell Tempura and Steamed Crab that will set the store for a truly oceanic exploration.
Our now-famous Seafood display will be chock-full of fresh fish and crustaceans, perfectly presented on beds of ice; the hot dish station will include crab specials including Crab Yellow Curry; and our renowned Carvery includes Salmon Crust Fillets as well as long-time favorites New Zealand Lamb and Australian Strip-loin.
To round things off, our pastry chef's grand finale - don't forget to live room for sweet, delicate creations that will delight!
This sumptuous Buffet Dinner is available for just THB 1,390 nett (children under 12 THB 695).
