Bangkok--24 May--Anantara Hua Hin Resort
Anantara Hua Hin Resort launches new buffet night 'Anantara Cuisine', a journey of flavours and spices from around the world. Explore Thailand's regional cuisines from north to south. Choose your favourite pasta or pizza fresh from the wood-fired oven. Sample Indian street food as well dhal curries prepared by native Chef Gourav.
Held every Friday night at Rim Nam, live cooking stations manned by chefs dot a relaxed open-air sala surrounded by water and tropical gardens. A kim player greets you at the entrance, setting the tone for an idyllic evening. Highlights from the buffet include traditional Thai appetisers such as miang kham, a one-bite wrap of condiments in cha phlu leaf; a selection of antipasti from award-winning resort restaurant Baan Thalia; and naan bread hot from the tandoor oven accompanied by raita and homemade pickles.
Wash down your feast with Anantara wines produced in collaboration with local vineyards. A dessert table also tempts with an assortment of Thai sweets, tiramisu and gulab jamun.
