Chef and restaurateur Theo Randall takes a quick break from overseeing one of London's top Italian venues, his own Theo Randall at InterContinental in Mayfair, for a visit to Bangkok and a call round another of his highly regarded culinary endeavors – Theo Mio Italian Kitchen.
He'll be doing more than looking, however. From 11 to 13 June 2018, Chef Theo will present a special set dinner menu featuring dishes that exemplify his distinctive approach to contemporary Italian cuisine.
Guests each evening enjoy a four-course menu that begins with Burrata e Pesca (burrata cheese with roast peach, rocket, chili and mint) followed by Malfatti con Salvia (spinach and ricotta dumplings with sage brown butter), before a main course of Barramundi Arrosto (pan-roasted barramundi with prosciutto, potatoes, fennel and cherry tomatoes). The meal ends with Fragole con Crema di Mascarpone e Croccante (strawberries with mascarpone cream and crispy almond).
