Bringing with him a wealth of experience working in the F&B industry in leading restaurants, hotels and resorts - from Melbourne, Phuket, Samui to Bangkok, Chef Tor will oversee the menus and kitchen operations for the hotel's signature restaurant 'Bistro M'. The new chef is now working hand in hand with his talented F&B team at Bistro M to deliver creative and tasty dishes for all diners to enjoy.
Throughout the months of July and August, Chef Tor and his team at Bistro M are inviting you to try two new dinner buffet themes. The 'Bistro M's Buffet Fridays' features a variety of delicious dishes from around the globe including fresh seafood to meat carvings at a very attractive price at 1,000 Baht net per person.
